I don't watch it anymore, I used to watch it, but once I got about episode 22 I just couldn't watch it anymore. It made the manga look bad, in my opinion. It's not as good as everyone makes it out to be. I like Fullmetal Alchemist, but only the manga, the anime is just ehhh...

I stopped reading/watching the series because I just lost interest. I might pick it up again.

How do you lose interest in the FMA manga? It's not possible! Well it is, depending what part you are on. There were some parts I could see some people losing interest. But its one of the best manga series I've read so far, I can't wait till volumes 19 is released in english ^.^

Yeah, it's very long Tajio.

As for why I lost interest...probably because I was reading so many shonen series at the time I just didn't want to read anymore. Like I said, I'll probably pick it up again, I stopped at volume eight.

Yea.... the old greed dies, later on someone (not telling who and you wouldn't know about him yet anyways) replaces him.

My dad forbidded me from watching it a few years ago but about one year ago I started watching it at my dads friends house and got into it. I watched quite a bit of it and fell in loe with Edward, I loved the story plot and I thought nothing could ruin it. I went to the mall with my hair like his and in a black trench coat, I bought 1 volume of the manga and van a T-shirt way to big for me. But alas at about disc 8 it all turned sour, Ed and Al started fighting, and learning about the Ishbal war sent me to tears in front of the screen. Ed always got hurt and I was worried about him as a living being (odd huh?). So any way soon enough Ed was going to go into the village of some sort and was going to get murdered, Scar's party got attacked and I cracked. I couldn't sleep, I was near to phobic of the words full metal and alchemist. And even now I refuse to do anything which has to do with Alchemy.

I had seen the end of the movie about 5 or so years back and knew it was a happy ending but eventually I just wanted Ed to be with Winry and I dunno maybe I'll try watching it when I'm fifteen but at the moment I don't like it.
