wait..............i always thought this, but it's unclear in the series..................they say that those who use the death note can neither go to heaven or hell, right? So maybe they become shinigamis..............in which case people like Light and Misa became shinigamis when they died.

yeah.......but i think there is only about 13 shinigamis. it says so in volume 13. and that was before light and everyone else.

and there's more than 13 people who used the death note.........so maybe not........

I love L the most, he's my favourite character but beforehand I was always on Light's side. He's amazing and cleared the world of evil.
