I don't think so. Tho he seems to invent alot of new ones in Movies and Ovas. But some of the moves are also just one timers, he never seems to use them again; such as Mallet, Scythe and Submarine.

One Piece is great, it has all the comic relief that you'd want, but it has more serious moments than any other anime, and the serious moments are epic. Truly magnificent.
