Okay, I like your forum a lot, and it has lots of potential, but, from an experienced forumer, here are some thoughts.

1. Banner: A banner is everything on a forum. If you banner isn't all if can be you will have some people that turn away. You must make sure you have a banner that matches the theme and forum style as well as being professional and classy. Join a few sites to request a banner for free.

2. Theme: You must make sure you have a good theme and theme images. This is crucial in your forum success.

3. Services: Okay, your current services are good, but why not make them great, awesome or absolutely mind blowing??? Make up a few unique services that no one has seen before and add them along with a wide range of other great services. This will definitely help boost your activity and traffic and get you on the way to becoming the new big promotion forum.

4. Staff Activity: Part of getting a huge forum is having very active staff to boost the community. You need to make sure that all of the staff are active, with the admin being just as active, if not even more active than the other staff.

5. Modifications: Modifications are another big part of successful forums. If you don't have any, you don't have much change of getting big. I will list a few that I think you [i]must/i] have. They are just a few, the possibilities are endless with mods.

6. Promote Everywhere: Okay, so if you don't promote everywhere and all the time, your forum doesn't have much of a chance to shine. You need to make sure you not only promote on promotion forums but also on General Chat, Gaming, Technology, Graphics and more.

7. Huge Competitions: Big competitions with big prizes are the key to getting an even better forum. If you offer cash or a domain you will have people signing up willy nilly to join in. Definite must! These can include referral competitions, post competitions and the like.

8. Domain: Buy a domain, if you are serious about your forum you will buy a domain for it.

9. Regular Competitions: You must run regular competitions on your forum. This includes, Forum of the Month, Signature of the Week and others. Also run awards like Member of the Month and such. Offer prizes that are substantial as well.

10. Good English: Another must for your forum is having good english. Admins and staff must always make sure they have perfect english when posting. Bad english and grammer can turn people away.

11. Flood Control: You must make sure you don't have a high flood control on, this will discourage posting. Have it set to 10-15 seconds maximum.

Well, first if all, That's a very long thinking of yours. Second of all, this isn't the thoughts section, it's Suggestions section. Third of all, number 8....most of us can't buy a domain. Foutrth of all, number 10 is good, but possible??? And are any of the others possible at all in this forum?? I'll let the Leader think of this for a while. (o_o)''

these are your thoughts but also some very great suggestions
i can see you really do understand how things go on forums
about the domain: this is our main problem and we're trying to find people who want to donate
also one of our members Fez is trying to get it
also a good idea is making a parliament and forum representatives and trying to promote as much as we can

to saya:the current theme isnt very good really/those flowers colors dont fit well

Well, I have read this guide in many other forums, I think that KMRock posts this everywhere he goes. Anyway I will think about some of those suggestions.

Most of the suggestions are good but that domain name and mods for diff. things look weird. Y do we need moderators for each and every thing?? Admins and mods can take care of everything. And for domain name we hv to pay money, if u pay no prob.
