Many of my friends like anime and I've kinda wanting to get into it lately. Anyone have any suggestions as to what anime to start watching for beginners?

I love Pokemon a lot. Even Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon...and other anime.

the first anime i saw online was claymore i forget how many eps but some short ones that i like are hight school of the dead 12 or 13 eps hellsing is a good one black lagoon is a good one 12 eps and there is a lot of action if u find some kind of anime u like i can most likely find some more for you that are like that kind

An anime to start off on....well really any anime is good but it's all depends on the person. I guess Elemental Gelade is a good anime for beginners Its Grene's are Action, Romance, Adventure, Fantasy
