There is no set release schedule. However, there are raws available up to chapter 45.

For "subbed" (scanslations/scans), it depends. Certain groups have to get the original manga and "scan" them for raws. Then, they have to translate/edit etc. However some scanning/fansub groups translate faster than others.

OK does a magazine come out?

theres raw up to 49 now :D
and 07 ghost comes out in zero sum, which i think is a monthly magazine
sum translation group translated it in other languages XD is pretty fast tho :O they translated up to 43

It's disappointing waiting for new releases, because you wait a month for the newest chapter to read 24 pages, and at the end of it, you think, well, now I have to wait another month.

You might be right, I think the magazine 07 Ghost runs in comes out every two months.

I think it depends on when they can get ahold of the RAW scanulations. Then it takes a day or so to translate, so the releases vary.
