I know I won't watch the english dub but I might as well post this for the interest of anyone else here who likes Hetalia.

They have decided to release the voices slowly below theres a link to the video with the first lot. They also released Russsia's voice seperatly, Russia will be voiced by Jerry Jewell.

I'm kind've excited to hear the dub. I heard they would add accents.

Yeah they released a part dub its sort of hard to hera becauses its an unofficial recording at a convention though

Maybe they'll have a panel at Otakon or something. Or I hope they upload a youtube video soon with the dub voices.

Do you mean Funimation's youtube channel or their website? They seem to have uploaded a lot of videos, including some that covered their Anime Expo panel, on their channel. If you can view their channel then I think you should check it out.
